Ride
Glow Rides transform you physically, mentally and spiritually. Classes include 40 minutes of rhythm riding cardio with playlists crafted by our teachers that motivate and inspire you to work hard and play harder, followed by core work and a deep stretch.
Barre
Barre is a total body workout focused on low-impact, high intensity movements that LIFT and TONE.
Yin
The practice of yin yoga provides the perfect balance to your active (yang) yoga practices and busy life. Focusing on long-held floor poses combined with breath work and meditationleaving you feeling ahhmazing.
Glow Flow
Power Vinyasa Yoga that seamlessly synchronizes breath and movement. Classes will never be exactly the same, but we follow a specific arc form in every class so classes are challenging yet accessible to all. (Room Heated)
Beats Glow Flow
Our signature Glow Flow set to energizing music. Let go and just flow. Challenge yourself and have fun! (Room heated)
Slow Flow
Same style as Glow Flow in a slower pace class. This class is great for beginners to gain confidence and for all yogis to spend more time exploring each posture. (Outdoor Weather Permitting)
Restore
A great class for all levels, flowing at a gentle pace. Learn new postures, practice a unique flow every class and leave feeling restored in body and mind. (Outdoor Weather Permitting)
Beach Yoga
Practice Yoga on a grassy landing overlooking the beautiful Gulf. All levels class in the same style as our slow flow. Class location: The Gulf Restaurant
Float & Flow
Do yoga on a floating FIT board on the gorgeous and calm setting of the intracoastal waterway where dolphin sightings are common! All levels class. Class location: Orange Beach Wind & Water Center
